Notes:
- Motherboard was free due to a pull from a no longer used workstation
- RAID controller was free due to a hardware upgrade of a server at work
- All HDD's were free due to hard drive upgrades to bigger capacity drives at work
- Host OS actually started off as v4.0 or v4.1 - company pays for a license for me to use it
